Most body modifications - pectoral or penis enlargements, liposuction, chemical peels, etc - seem to do more harm than good and, in many cases, leave you with less than you started with.
There are much better ways to learn to like yourself more than to damage your body.
This may seem a harsh judgement, but given the repulsive nature of some of the processes of body modifications like penis enlargement, one has to wonder at the lengths a person is prepared to go to make himself more attractive:

Body modification for purposes other than medical disorders or accidents, or for some forms of body decoration is a dangerous practice. There are some parts of the human body that are not meant to be changed, just as there are others that can be changed by hard work: your muscles, for example.
Being "proud" of your whole body, your intelligence, your ability to get along with others - your whole self attractiveness - is much more important than focusing on one relatively unimportant appendage.
More importantly, there is no evidence that the self esteem of the man increases in any measurable way except in terms of his attitude to his penis. If that is the mature adult approach to life, freeze me now!
